Programme
Newham Homes has a
multi-million pound investment programme to improve Newham's
council housing. This covers aspects such as building structures,
kitchen and bathroom facilities, and environmental and security
works.
This is planned to meet the government's official 'Decent Homes'
standard by 2011, but to go beyond it by providing what we have
called 'Modern Homes'
