We call these " 'R' Homes & Community" values. These values have been chosen to reflect the behaviours we expect from our colleagues and how we wish to work with the local community.
We chose the word "home" to remind us constantly we work to look after individual homes and these are not just properties and houses. As part of this we are working to involve the community and improve the environment which surrounds these homes where this is within our control.
