We are constantly trying to improve our services and the way we do things. We are committed to quality and striving to provide excellent housing services for our tenants and leaseholders. We regularly seek feedback from our customers via satisfaction surveys. We undertake a number of satisfaction survey across many of our service areas and the results are available in this section.
