Repairs Leaflet and How to Report a Repair

Our Repairs Centre is open from Monday to Friday - 8am to 8pm and on Saturday - 8am to 1pm.

 Newham Homes Council tenants can request repairs online or by phone to our Repairs Operations Centre.

For most repairs we operate an appointments system for contractors or inspectors to call at your home.
