There are several ways you can let us know what you think of the repairs service we provide to you.
You can:
- Fill out the questionnaire form left by the operative carrying out the work
- Ring the Repairs Centre on 020 8430 2500 - then choose option 1
If you want to make a formal complaint about the repairs service you receive, you should write to:

You can send us a letter or use a complaint form available at any Local Service Centre. Your complaint would then be dealt with under the Newham Homes complaints policy. You will get a full written response within 10 working days and we will let you know how you can request a further review if you think we still have not put things right.
