out of hours emergencies
An Emergency Repairs Service is available to deal with very urgent repairs outside of the Repairs Centre's opening hours.

If you have an emergency repair, call us on 020 8472 9624.
Examples of emergency repairs are:
- Dangerous electrical faults
- Heating failures for sick or elderly residents
- Major water leaks
The emergency team aims to attend the repair within four hours to make safe. They then notify the Repairs Centre of any action they have taken. Any further work needed will then be arranged with you at a later date and carried out during normal working hours.
