Our Repairs Centre is open from Monday to Friday, 8am to 8pm and Saturday, 8am to 1pm.

Newham Homes Council tenants can request repairs online or by phone to our Repairs Operations Centre.

For most repairs we operate an appointments system for contractors or inspectors to call at your home.

There are several ways to reach us:

Complete the report a repair form or the picture-based repair form
Tel: 020 8430 2500 - then choose option 1
Email: repair.request@newham.gov.uk
Call us by using the freephone in any Local Service Centre
