Timetable of Service Charges
We will send you:
January The ground rent invoice
April An estimate for the cost of services that we supply for the year ahead
October An actual breakdown of the costs you incurred in the previous year after having balanced the previous year`s estimates. This will mean there will either be a debit or credit balance on your account.
