heating and hot water charges
Most tenants will pay their heating and hot water charges separately from their rent, normally as part of their gas or electricity bill.

However, we provide and control the heating to a small number of blocks, and you will pay for this service as part of the rent. Heating and hot water charges will be listed separately on your payment card and are not covered by Housing Benefit.
