Newham Homes makes a series of promises to its customers.
Our staff will:
- Be polite and try to answer your questions as effectively and efficiently as possible
- Try to keep to appointments, and visit you at home if you ask
- Deal with your enquiry confidentially and professionally
- Be available to answer questions between 9am and 5pm, although it may not always be possible to speak to a particular individual
- Acknowledge your letters within three working days and give you a full reply within 10 working days
- Contact you at an early stage if you do not pay your rent and keep you informed of any legal action we are going to take
- Check with the Housing Benefit Service regarding any pending or outstanding claims before undertaking any legal action
