who do i contact for more information about my rent?
Your Rent Service Officer is based in the Rent Service Unit and they can help you with more complicated enquiries.
Any Local Service Centre or our Contact Centre will be able to help with general enquiries.
The unit is also responsible for:
- Issuing rent and Allpay payment cards
- Setting up direct debits and the various other methods of payment
- Issuing rent statements
- Taking action against tenants who owe rent
- Dealing with general enquiries relating to rent accounts and other debts.
Please note that the Rent Service Unit does not deal with Housing Benefit claims. You will need to phone the Contact Centre or visit a Local Service Centre if you have a question about Housing Benefit.
