what discount will i receive?
The longer you have been a tenant, the more discount you may be entitled to.
There is, however, a limit on the amount of discount that can be offered.
If your home is located within Newham or at our estate in Redbridge, you could receive up to a maximum discount of £16,000. If you are a Newham Council tenant living at our estates in Brentwood you may qualify for a maximum discount of £34,000 and £38,000 if you live at our estates in Havering.
