• You are not the secure tenant of the property.
• You have not been a public sector tenant for at least 2 years (or five years if you became a tenant after January 17 2005)
• The Council has obtained a court order for possession of your home.
• You live in sheltered housing for the elderly or disabled people.
• You live in a property that is particularly suitable for the elderly and was let before 1 January 1990 to be lived in by someone aged 60 or more.
• You work for Newham and your home has been provided as part of your conditions of service.
