Patricia Butler of Little Ilford, Newham is delighted as she was the first resident to have their home refurbished under the Newham Homes Decent Homes Programme.

Newham’s Executive Council Member, Cllr Andrew Baikie, praised Mulalley for the high standard achieved in just a short time and is looking forward to watching the progress of these improvement works over the coming years.

"I was so pleased to be selected to be the first pilot flat and the works were completed on time" said Ms Butler.

Ms Butler also awarded maximum points on the Customer Satisfaction questionnaire demonstrating her delight with the works done to her home.
